What is one of the biggest stresses for moms?
Easy meals that have plenty of nutrition that the family will actually eat! (with few to no complaints – that really drives us crazy, am I right?)
Once I discovered the magic of smoothie bowl meals, I decided to shout it from the rooftops (or maybe kitchen countertops). Smoothie bowls make an excellent breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They can be made in minutes. And wait ’til you hear the crowd roar when you announce that dinner is going to taste like dessert! No joke, my youngest asks for these at least 2-3 times/week for dinner, and I’m always thankful because he is the hardest to please and would try to live on bacon otherwise.
