Favorite Fall Smoothies

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • 1 cup of dairy-free milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla Hemp)
  • ½ cup of organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 serving of vanilla Complete (or other plant-based protein powder)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp organic cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of organic or local honey or agave nectar
  • add handful of ice (or more depending on texture preference)
  • optional: (swap pumpkin for sweet potato; add ½ banana for more sweetness)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. 

Chocolate Nut Banana

  • 1 cup of dairy-free nut milk (almond or cashew)
  • 1 serving of chocolate Complete (or other plant-based protein powder)
  • 1 banana (frozen or room temperature)
  • 1-2 tbsp of nut butter (cashew, peanut, almond)
  • add handful of ice (or more depending on texture preference)
  • optional: add hemp hearts, almonds or cashews

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
