Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
- 1 cup of dairy-free milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla Hemp)
- ½ cup of organic pumpkin puree
- 1 serving of vanilla Complete (or other plant-based protein powder)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp organic cinnamon
- 1 tsp of organic or local honey or agave nectar
- add handful of ice (or more depending on texture preference)
- optional: (swap pumpkin for sweet potato; add ½ banana for more sweetness)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Chocolate Nut Banana
- 1 cup of dairy-free nut milk (almond or cashew)
- 1 serving of chocolate Complete (or other plant-based protein powder)
- 1 banana (frozen or room temperature)
- 1-2 tbsp of nut butter (cashew, peanut, almond)
- add handful of ice (or more depending on texture preference)
- optional: add hemp hearts, almonds or cashews
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
